A semi-automatic atomizing (spray) toilet seat insert was developed for private and public toilets. The insert will sanitize and deodorize the toilet bowl by delivering a fine directional mist through a set of atomizing nozzles.

The reservoir of the insert is pressurized by the weight of a human body exerted onto the toilet seat; an ultra-fine atomizing mist of an aerosol of choice is released when weight is removed from the toilet seat.

The insert system can be built into a specially designed “soft” toilet seat that can hold up to a gallon of sanitary spray or it can be manufactured as an easy “clip-on” and disposable insert under the seat. Both the “built-in” and “clip-on” inserts are disposable units and can be replaced easily.
