High speed recording of the dispensation process shows a "desirable" stream
dispensation of 100 nano-liters of the reagent into a 1 mm diameter well of
the Corning 1536 well "wafer" plate.
The dispensation
is properly pressurized, which provides a well directed stream without
formation of satellite droplets and without any spillage.
